Question: Can you make your own charcoal!?
How can I make my own charcoal to use for cleansing the body!? Also, what is the difference, if any, between the kind if charcoal you can consume and the kind you grill with!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The charcoal you use for cleasing the body is called activated charcoal!. It is like the regular charcoal but is activated with steam or air to make it more porous!. This property makes it absorb lots of chemicals and poisons before they enter the circulation!.
