You'll have to endure the taste of whatever you are taking!. As long as the pill has a vertical line in the center of the pill for splitting, then you can crush it!. If it's like the Mucinex, a time-released capsule you can't split it or crush it!.

People ask me all the time why I can't swallow a freakin' pill!. I tell them that just because you can do it, doesn't mean everyone can easily swallow several at a time too!

I'm 31 and I have trouble!. When I was in the 3rd grade, I chocked on a watermelon candy!. I managed to swallow it dry after what seemed like an eternity without breathing!. Depends!. If they are meant to be time released then you would end up drinking the whole dose and once instead of giving it time to break down!.
If it doesn't matter then it should be fine to make it into powder!.

Tip: You could also get one of those pill cutters!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A powder would be absorbed better than a tablet as it is easier to digest!.

You would need to stir the powder in water or you could add it to your breakfast cereal or other food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
