I wonder if you meant something like spiritual healing of physical injuries!? Many people believe that they can focus spiritual energy in such a way that it helps heal physical problems!.
This would include the 'power of prayer'!.
I believe that these methods help people feel that they are healing faster than if they did nothing!.

No, normally any healing done within the human body is a product of mental activity on the subconscious level!. Force of will and healing through prayer consciously but indirectly affect the regeneration/healing system!.
