Ginger to prevent motion sickness?!

Question: Ginger to prevent motion sickness!?
I have heard it works great so I've decided to give it a try!. The pills I found at the store isn't 100% ginger!. Will they still do!? And how many pills do I need to take, how often, and how long before travelling do I need to take them!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Absolutely they worked for me! I'm not sure if the ones you got are different to mine, but I had to take mine half an hour before I got on the ship, and then every three hours!. It's a bit tedious, but it's your call!. In the end, I found I didn't need medication!.

Also, ginger is better than other alternatives I tried!. I also tried a cheaper motion sickness pill, every eight hours, but it made me so drowsy I could barely get around! So be careful what you choose! I recommend the ginger!.

Hope this helped! Good luck! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

it mainly depends on the quality of the ginger!.

it is the oils that are in it that works
if you want (it also saves money and if better for you)
but fresh ginger root at the store it should be in the veggie section!.
thinly cut four to six slices *(very thin) put into a cup
that has a lid add boiling water and cover
steep for 3 to 6 mins take off lid and smell the steem
you can add honey!.

mint tea also will help with motion sickness!.
again you can add honey
or mix it with the ginger tea!.

chamomile tea also helps

as for your!?!? if they have enough fresh ginger in them

natural "medicine" does not work as quickly as pills
so if you know that you are going to be going on a trip start a couple of day before taking them 2 times a day!.'

if you are travilling daily take them daily
on the day of the trip
take them 2 hours before you go
and just as you are leaving!.

take along ginger or mint tea as well!.

if these do you work for you
you may want to add preasure point bands
you can get them at most health food stores and
pharmacies
they are just elastic bands that go around your wrists
they have a metal snap to press on a pressure point on the wrist that can help to relieve up set tummyWww@Answer-Health@Com

I loooove ginger for any sort of nausea be it motion sickness or morning sickness!.

What are the other ingredients in your capsules!? You might want to return them or something just in case, but I really like the ginger chews or crystalizied ginger!. Its still transportable and you don't need water to take them down!. With those you can take it as often as you need since its only the size of a peice of candy!.

I would say if you stick with the caps try for 3 - 4 times during the day, making sure your first capsule is at least 30 mins before your trip begins!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
