So, Amazon Herbs has lots of good combination tinctures for pain!. I have had success with a western herb called indian pipe!. A combination of nervines are helpful; these include: blue vervain, skullcap, st!. john's wort, valerian, kava kava, california poppy, chamomile, hops, passionflower!.!.!.I have personally taken all of these in combination!. There are also homeopathic topicals like traumeel and topircin!. I'm sorry to say that I've not yet found anything herbal to relieve my back pain!. It's a tough pain to tackle, I wish you luck on finding something like that too work!. I find massage works well and heat!.!.or moist heat!. I use alot of Ben Gay or Icy Hot Patches!. You can also try acupuncture, biofeedback,
also muscle shock stimulation!. (electric type shocks placed into your muscles through needles it stimulates the muscle and is suppose to make your body produce more endorphins through the spine somehow) I've had that done too way painful but I did get some relief from it after the torture session!. I don't know where you live but the University of Pennsylvania Hospital does that in Philly!.!.!.her name is Dr!. Jennifer Chu!.
