Question: How long does it take before Chinese herbs help!?
I started seeing a Chinese Herbalist about 3 weeks ago for female health issues!. I have had one course of acupunture and have been taking about 20 pills 3x a day!. I have felt pretty crappy the whole time and am not sure if i should continue!. Am I being too impatient or maybe it's just not working for me!?!.!. Or is it a case of feeling worse before getting better!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is important to know the scope of alternative medicine in China, which curiously, although it is the oldest existing, was ignored by modern western medicine!. For example, green tea, science had not taken into account!. Their medicinal attributes are so obvious, which has caused a revolution in modern medicine!. Most herbal remedies are untested and many have no proven effect!. Some even have a proven harmful effect!.
I'm certainly not claiming they're all ineffective though, but as the remedies are largely untested and the people selling them are generally unlicensed, they could be selling you grass clippings for all you know!.
