Natural high?!

Question: Natural high!?
can someone really have a natural high!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Yes, many of the extreme sports afficionados have additions to adrenaline rushes!. Adrenaline is the hormone secreted by the adrenal gland which controls fight-or-flight instincts!. It's scary to some since the heart starts racing, breathing rate increases, and muscles get jumpy, but those who learn to harness those body changes enjoy every moment of it!.

Examples of actions that can help one achieve an adrenaline high are freefall, high speed, and long durations of athletics!. Just be aware that the body is not meant to stay on the high for long periods of time, so it wears out the body quickly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
