Question: How do i get rid of my earache and sore throat!?
i have an earache and sore throat!.!.it hurts when i swallow and my sinuses are bugging me a little bit!. what should i take!? i am also confused--am i suppose to drink hot drinks or cold drinks to help it feel better!?!?!? any suggestions!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

For your sore throat, nothing is better than hot Slippery Elm tea with lots of fresh squeezed organic lemon juice and raw local honey!.
For your sinuses, hot compresses with essential oil of peppermint, peppermint tea, and carrots or fresh carrot juice!.
For the earache, drops of garlic oil, or cut a clove of garlic, wrap in gauze, and place in the outer canal!.

Well you need to make sure that you ear ache is not an ear infection, that you don't have a sinus infection, or strep throat!. Lemon tea with honey will help the sinus!. Popcicles will help the sore throat, as well as gargle with salt water!. For sinus there is a lot of otc products!. Check with you doctor first!. Get better and best of luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
What I usually do that works for me is plain ole hydrogen peroxide!. I take a cotton ball a dip it in the peroxide and squesze in both ears and let it do its thing!. After a little while it is gone!. Do this as many times as you need to and gargle with warm salt water!.
Get some saline for your sinuses!.
and of course drink plenty of water!. You need water to cleanse and hydrate your body!. you will probably breathe better if you do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
