Question: Any home remedies for stuffy nose and head!?
My nose and head is full because of my cold and I'm sick of it!. HELP!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I like to use vicks vapor rub!. Put some under your nose and put a towel over your head in the bathroom,or kitchen sink and run some hot steamy water!. that's a quick fix!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Ok this one is easy
Make a glass of tea ( whichever you like ) Take a hot steamy shower ( for however long it takes ) Use vix vapor rub untill you can breat For nose put it under ose Head on forhead and if your caughing rite on the chest And always try to stay warm if you still have your cold it will make you feel better

remedies!.!.!.hot chicken noodle soup works great!. itll clear up your sinuses esp!. your maxillary sinuses!. one nearest the eye!.
also, excercise itll clear all your sinuses quicker!.

Try steam!.!.!.I use a steam machine I had for a facial!. You put water and out comes steam!. You could also put a little vapor rub in the water!. But if you don't have anything like that, turn on some hot water and breathe in the steam!. It really works wonders!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If it's from a cold, then just drink water to flush the virus out of your body, take some asprin for the fever, and stay in bed to get some rest while your body fights the virus!Www@Answer-Health@Com
