what worked for me was changing my diet completely!. i cut out most processed foods, soda, candy, (any junk food) etc!.
i also did a bowel cleanse!. (if you are backed up, you will most likely breakout)
and last but not least i changed all of my personal body care products like soaps, shampoos, laundry detergents to items 100% natural!.
i may get the occasional breakout, but thats rare now!Www@Answer-Health@Com

No but I have greatly reduced it with Reiki!. While I was seeking Reiki treatment for allergies, the lovely, unexpected benefit was that my acne cleared up about 90% and has not returned in 6 years!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
