Reiki can stabalise your appetite and make you more aware of your body's nutritional needs!. These changes are most evident in people who go through an attunement but I have had clients who have completely changed the way they feed their body after several sessions of Reiki!. (Human and equine!)

Generally, the more acute your eating problems the more difference you will notice!. Whether your weight problems have a physical basis or a psychological basis Reiki will always help a person move towards health!. It can help with will-power too!.

Reiki is not a quick-fix but for anyone concerned for their own health it provides a marvellous aid towards healing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Reiki is a form of energy work, as is acupuncture, and polarity therapy; these may be able to help since the purpose is to balance the energy flow in and in some cases around your body!. Some of the modalities may say you have an energy blockage which may contribute to the weight hanging on even with diet and exercise!. I think that it is certainly worth a try because it will make you feel better and for many people, if you can feel better about yourself first, the weight will be easier to come off!. Some of these modalities suggest that the weight is a barrier you put up to protect yourself so, if the reiki can help you feel more comfortable and confident you will be able to let go of this "shield"!. But keep in mind bodywork, or energy work as is the case with reiki, takes several sessions to really experience good results; just like any other therapy!.
Give it a try and give it a chance, it can only make you feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The diet and exercise thing is what creates weight loss!. You may look into the quality of food you are eating in addition to calories!. You may consider eating more vegetables, changing any foods you eath that contain grains or flour to whole grain only!. Keep the portions of carbohydrates and proteins about the size of the palm of your hand, saving the larger portions for veggies!.

Drink a lot of water and finish eating before 7:00 in the evening!. Always eat breakfast, make your larger meals breakfast and lungh eating a lighter dinner!. Begin each meal with either a salad, a pear or apple, a nutritious, high fiber way to reduce your appetite!.

Whenever possible take extra steps, use the stairs instead of the levator, park farther away, get up and walk around during commercials, fidget while you are sitting, practice contracting and releasing different muscles around your body!. These things will help you lose weight!.

Reiki can help tune your organs up so that they better process your food!. It can help take the stress out of making the needed changes!. It can help inspire you to make healthier choices and it cah help remove unhealthy cravings!.

To lose weight you will have to adopt a healthier more active lifestyle, there is no way around that but Reiki can be a wonderful sopport for you while you do what you need to do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you "did the diet and exercise thing" and you didn't lose weight, you either didn't do it right, or didn't do it long enough!.

Medically and scientifically, "the diet and exercise thing" is going to provide better success than wacky alternative stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
