Question: Has anybody used Himalayan salt rocks before and have you got the desired health benefits!?
They're supposed to freshen the air in the room that they are in and help people with allergies and asthma!. Has anybody actually felt those effects!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know about freshen the air part but it does create negative ion in the air and it helps make you relax more as if you are on the beach or something!. :)

I'm not sure where you've read those benefits, but Himalayan Crystal Salt is typically used as a healthier alternative to salt!. It's commonly marketed for Saline solutions (nasal rinse, eye wash, etc), a general health tonic (salt water solution), and of course as a healthier replacement for table salt!.
I've never heard of it being used for aromatic purposes!.!.!. and we sell it!. LOL!Www@Answer-Health@Com
