Are there natural remidies for anxiety attacks?!

Question: Are there natural remidies for anxiety attacks!?
Answers:
HI! I personally do not know of any, but I would definately do some research on it!. It is definately a good idea to start looking at natural remedies though, just because the ones that are prescribed by doctors are EXTREMELY harmful and often dont do much to help the person!. Also, just remember that everyone gets nervous and some are just better at hiding it!. Most people are in the same boat as you, so just do your best to take deep breaths, and try to get your attention off of it!. good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I battled anxiety attacks for almost 9 years before I could finally get them under control!. I tried every anti-anxiety medication on the market and nothing seemed to help me!.

I started doing research on Traditional Asian Medicine and started some supplements about 6 months ago!. When my body started feeling more in balance and without medical drugs I started feeling much better!.

I drink 2-3 ounces a day of this juice and it not only has helped me with my anxiety it has also helped me sleep much better!.

For thousands of years, the Asian culture has established the fact that the balance of your body, mind and spirit will facilitate and prompt the body to naturally heal itself!.

There are also powerful Asian herbs and fruits which when blended properly have shown in clinical studies to be remedies that establish balance in your body so it can heal itself!. Here are some ingredients that have been proven

Hawthorn Berries
Seabuckthorn Berries
Schisandra Berries
Cili Fruit
Jujube Dates
Rhodiola Rosea

These particular powerful herbs and fruits are known for their supportive function in maintaining the brain, nervous system, circulatory health and systemic balance without side effects or sedation!. They help calm, focus and assist with mood enhancement!.

Some are not aware of treatment options other than traditional drug therapy!. Alternative health plans, like Asian remedies, can offer a safe and effective path to wellness!. These alternative health plans are free of chemicals and propose a much lower risk of side effects and can be safely incorporated into the broader health plan!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Without going into all the biochemistry!.!.!.this alters you pH and you can pass out!.!.!.!.not harmful on its own, but you may hurt yourself!.

There are desensitization techniques you can learn, and there are support groups where you can talk with others and learn techniques for "nipping it in the bud" when you feel a panic attack coming on!. One of the best things is simply educating yourself!.!.!.as long as you know it is a panic attack, and not a heart attack or stroke!.!.!.you can learn to "dial it down" a bit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
