Fresh lemon juice is extremely good for you!. The lemon provides many essential vitamins & nutrients from the skin to the inside flesh so cut a slice of lemon and drop it in your water!. Try not to use bottled stuff as they usually add a few additives and preservatives!. Lemons are not always in season so make sure you use whatever is in season for your area!.
A good idea is to juice a few lemons (organic if possible) and then freeze it in ice cube trays!. That way you can just drop a cube in your water when you need it!. Regular doses can ward off colds and flu and other nasties!.

Lemon juice is acidic yes, but the vitamin C and the natural antioxidants in the skin can help to sooth heartburn, sore throat, bad breath and many other ailments!. If you just slice a lemon and put it in your water, it will only let off a bit of juice, but the water will naturally pull the vitamins out of the skin!. You can also just add a bit of lemon zest!. It will do the same thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
