It is for regulating periods ( which I know from experience) and PMS!.
In opposition to what Oldtimek said, Vitex does NOT help with libido/sex drive!. It does just the opposite!. The Berry was actually called Monk's Pepper in olden days because it helped monks stay celibate (no sex) and not prone to sexual desires!.
Aso called Chaste Tree, Chasteberry, or Monk's Pepper
