Don't do a suana when your on roaccutane, your skin is extra sensitive!. I was told i cannot have laser surgery to remove the acne scars for atleast 6months after using Roaccutane!.
Check with your Dermatologist to be sure, but i do not recommend it!.
Sauna's do help in removing heavy metals, pesticides, and dirt from the body, so i would imagine it will improve acne, yet i have no experience of this therapy!.
What works for acne:
DIM - 400mg per day, controls hormone levels
Multivitamin/mineral- biocare brand, as it is in a bioavailable form
Omega 3 - 2g per day, Nordic Naturals brand or Carlson's Brand
Gerson Therapy - Juicing fruit/vegetables
Check for candida overgrowth
Cut out vegetable oils, and sugar from diet!. Cook with cocconut oil or Virgin Olive Oil
Drink alkali water, buy a regency elite machine from resonantlight!.com, or add 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda to every litre of water you drink

btw, my acne returned after roaccutane, i was on it 3 times, so 12months in total, on and off!. Acne returned even after all that, so i decided to follow a nutritional appoach, and it worked!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
