iodine supplements, you could have an under active thyroid!. Also omega 3 supplements will help brain function!. Lots of people don't know it but they are very deficient in omega 3 AND vitamin D!. Krill oil is the best, clean source of O 3's!. Garlic is also great for the brain and Apple cider vinegar (raw unfiltered) wouldn't hurt either!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I take Q!.10 every day, (they are expensive)however if I become foggy and fatigued due to mental stress!. St John's Wort is always my salvation, it is subtle and it works after just a few days!. Get the one a day tablets, they are cheap and effective!. Stop taking them when you feel OK, then if you have problems start again!. They are always in my cupboard as a crutch, they are fanbloodytastic!. This is too vague and you need to list your symptoms in order for me to see the whole picture!.
This could be a result of not eating enough calories or not being active or even low iron, possibly even thyroid!.
