Question: What over-the-counter drugs contain melatonin!?
I know that melatonin can be bought as is (er!.!.!. or so I've been told), but I want to know if there's any other drug out there that contains melatonin and other things!.

Use the melatonin by itself!. It works, I use it to help me sleep!. Another thing you can try is Valerian Root!. It comes in capsule form and is also in Sleepytime Extra tea by Celestial Seasonings!. Valerian Root is an herbal calmative!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
By it at GNC and has a good return policy!. Also read up on it before you take it, a lot of people take it incorrectly!. You don't want any light on after you take it, take it only at nite!. NO reading or watching t!.v, Lite is an inhibitor like the sunlite it will not let the melatonin work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
