Question: Is this bad!.!.!.!.!? Help me please!.!?
Hey guys and gals!. I'm kind of stuck in a pretty weird situation right now!.!.!.and i don't know what to do!. Is it a bad thing to be taking ny-quil, when you have no symptoms of being sick!? My girlfriend has been taking ny quil before bed for the passed 2 nights and she doesn't even sound sick!.!.!.Could this harm her in anyway or could she be doing something to herself by taking the medicine!? I know with certain medicines, if taken too much for too long, they can cause long term liver damage!. Is this possible!?

thanks everyone who can help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
The alcohol content is what is helping her sleep - literally, drinking alcohol!. One dose contains 10%alcohol, which is more than most beers!. If she is 21 or above, she can do the same thing with a shot of liquer!. I prefer brandy!.

I know many people who just take the NyQuil, but its not healthy taking the other meds when you dont need it!. Its not going to kill her or anything, but isnt great!. And it does contain tylonal, so liver damage is a possibility with long term use!.

If she needs help sleeping she should try either the shot of liquer, or benedryal!. Benedryal is actually the ingredient in most over the counter sleep aids, including the tylonal and advil pm line, the store brand sleep aid and several others!. Also, melatonin can help if the insomnia is related to a melatonin deficiencyWww@Answer-Health@Com

Depends on how often,how much!.
Long term use can cause liver damage
Tell her just because you can't see or feel the damage
doesn't mean it's not damaging itWww@Answer-Health@Com
