My friend had a problem with that, so she would always have something to drink with her when she smoked, and it helped!. I guess you don't want your throat to dry out too much!. Or you might be nervous and you need to relax more!. You'll be fine!. Everyone does something or feels something strange when they smoke!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Your body doesnt like the high anymore!. It doesnt matter that you didnt swallow the smoke, you are still getting thc in your system!.!.!. although its a freaking waste if you arent inhaling!. Are you smoking on an empty stomach!? Basically same principle as drinking on an empty stomach!.

Many people have an allergic reaction to the smoke from M!.J!.
This is normal and try having her in a brownie!.
Or hit her in smaller amounts!.
Remember that she's more grown up than she was some years ago!.

i completely agree with the drinking some water or watever when smokin but if u have smoked a lot a lot a lot of it then u build up a tolerance and need to smoke more and in turn would make u more likely to get sick but if u dont smoke a lot at 1 time then idk wats causin it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
