Quartz energy crystal?!
Question: Quartz energy crystal!?
my step brother gave me an energy crystal and i think its quartz!. how can i use this and what will it do for me!. this is something im really interested in and its a new way of seeing things i need right now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have noticed you had the negative feed back slapped on you here!. There are many opinions about crystals!.
Suposedly (and you can read up on this) each crystal has different properties!. Quartz (Im assuming this is clear) Is meant to be cleansing and helps to rid you of negative energy!. You "care" for a crystal by keeping it clean and putting it in the sun for a bit (at least thats what Im told)!.
I am rather sceptical that a rock can have much difference to states of mind or environments, but it can work for some now this may mean sceptics are wrong it may mean the placebo effect is at work (and thats not a bad thing the bady can do amazing things)
I know alot of people that practice alternative therapies!. There has not been much looked into about crystals!. I feel the idea of this may have come from the idea of Alchemy and also that everything emits an energy sygnature (which is actually true for living being but thats a whole other debate)
If it makes you content and works for you I would say go ahead with it it may be what you need!. I like having crystals in my house as they are beautiful and one is important to me as it was given to me by my Grandad!. You need to be happy with what you are doing and ignore people who feel the need to assert their opinions on you!.
There is more evidence for Hypnotherapy (basic surgical proceedures being carried out without anisthetic, and yes I did see this myself) and Reiki has a little support for the basis of the energy feilds round a body and that the out put is lower in damaged organs and that there is a difference after Reiki has been administered!. (yes you can look this up if you want to)
My only advice for you to take away is make yourself happy not others !. If you dont look out for you theres not many else who will!.

Clear quartz can be used to amplify energy and directing energy; it also has a balancing affect!. You can place quartz at the base of the feet directed downward for a grounding affect!. Holding a quartz in the left hand (left in Yin) is receptive, and the right hand (right side of body is yang) is energizing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Quartz crystals are also used as timing devices in watches for example, due to the "vibration" of it crystal lattice when energy is put INTO it from a battery!. It is not a source of energy!.
Energy healing, and vibrational healing are just silly New Ager ideas that have no basis in reality!.

You need to understand that there is no "energy" that you can use in a quartz crystal!. Once you see that reality, you will progress much faster!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
