Question: Herbs, vitamins etc for stop smoking withdrawal!?
When I stop smoking after a day or two I get so very tired and sleepy with weakness and fatigue and then I light up!.

What would help me get through this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Specifically, Apple Cider Vinegar, Green Tea (decaffeinated), Chlorophyll (fantastic cleanser), and even good amounts of fiber and water helps some people (although it's not very comfortable for the lower level of detoxification you get)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you have to face the fact that you are addicted!.!.!.you have to keep re-newing your mind that what you feel is withdrawal, and it will pass!. I quit smoking instantly because of the following information: I was out on a date (the guy did not know i smoked)!. so after a couple of wines, i lit up, and he was shocked!. and said to me, if you were to take a carton of cigarettes and put them in a pail with water, and let the materials liquidate, after a couple of days!.!.!.that those chemicals, in that pail if spilled on the ground you would have to call a chemical SWAT team to pick them up because they are considered a hazardous material!. and, you willingly smoke it!? -time to think-Www@Answer-Health@Com

that's very normal dude and about 80% of those who try to quit the habit give up after a few days of trying!. You just have to recognize that it;s a state of mind and the these cravings are being fanned by your own inner self!.
Meditation is the best way to go!. You'll learn breathing techniques to counter the craving, control the inner whispers, and complete your goal of kicking them cigs in the butt (pun not intended!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

How I quit I traded my addiction and started going to the gym!. It helped!. or start swimming find something that will keep your mind off of smoking but don't use food !. Cigs have chemicals that make you addicted so just say to yourself no I don't need a cig!.!. Get rid of ash trays and anything that reminds you of cig!. have your house cleaned and after a while you will hate the smell of them!. people that smoke smell like a nasty ashtray!Www@Answer-Health@Com
