you have to make sure that the niacin bottle doesn't say "non-flushing" or anything of that nature on it!. This can be kind of hard to find!.!. or at least it's harder to find than the non flushing kind!.
1000 miligrams ought to do it!.!.!. But be careful!.!. it realllllly sucks!.
And niacin is a B vitamin which is toxic if taken in high doses!.!.!. so just be careful!.
The best thing would be to find something else to do with your time other than smoking weed!.!.!. but if you HAVE to do it!.!.!. use niacin and Sure-Gel!. You get Sure-Gel at any grocery store!. Mix a package of it in with a gallon of orange juice and drink it ALL!. Then top it off with a talllll glass of water (don't drink it too fast though!.!.!. take your time!.) do this the day of the test!. This works by coating the bladder!.!. it keeps the pee from absorbing the metabolized THC!.

i have tried niacin for this reason and wouldnt reccomend it!.!. i ended up feeling like crap and still failed!.!.!. it doesnt "clean your system"

THC is NOT water soluble!. It is FAT soluble!. It goes into your fat cells!. If you drink lots of water, you're just diluting your urine!.
If you drink enough water, the drug test won't pick up these small traces!. but water will not clean your body out (from THC, anyway)!.

i also had o take a urine test for probation!. iresearched and researched on so many sites!. basically i found that in order to pass a drug screen, dont do drugs!Www@Answer-Health@Com

all can say is lots of spring water n organic apple juice and don't eat anything until after the test!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
