Drink loads of fresh filtered water as you may simply be dehydrated ~ at least 2 - 3 litres per day ~ the happiest and healthiest body will always be the most hydrated one!.

Try to work out why you got the tummy ache in the first place so that you can avoid it happening again !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. could be from dehydration, eating foods to which you are intolerant or simply just eating too much in one sitting!.

Eat more fresh fruits and vegies that will have an alkalising effect on your system thus easing digestion!.

Foods rich in magnesium are good for good digestion as they raise the level of hydrochloric acid in your tummy and help resolve constipation and an acid tummy!.

Magnesium is needed in our bodies for healthy nerve and muscle functioning and for heart health !.!.!.!.!. magnesium is also known as the antistress mineral and foods rich in magnesium will thus help you deal with all the stressy little situations in life a bit better!.
