Answers:
If the doctor gives you the ok to break open the pill, put the contents in some pudding or apple sauce!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No dont take the powder out of a capsule, can you coat in chocolate the dipping kind (not hot as will melt outside of capsule) and see if she can swallow that!. If its no go go to the chemist and ask for an alternative !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Be very careful in doing that!.!.!.!.some meds are time released and if you do that it could make her very sick, the medicine is in the capsule for a reason!. Call the drugstore and see if they have liquid form of it, why did the doctor say he couldn't give her that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just put it on her tongue and drink back a big glass of water!.!.

Swallowing pills is not that hard!.!. Tell her to deal with the taste!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know if this will help or not because of her tooth, but my dad used to break my pills down and put them in a spoonful of honeyWww@Answer-Health@Com

Try practicing for swallowing like I did when i was younger!. Use M and Ms or dry split peas!. In no time shes got it!( This worked for me and my 4 siblings)Www@Answer-Health@Com

have the pharmacist give her the meds in liquid form!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I worked in a nursing home for a year and whenever someone couldn't swallow a pill it was crushed up or the capsule was split and put into apple sauce or ice cream!. It isn't as good in liquids because a lot of them aren't water soluble!. Make sure something better tasting comes after the bitter bite!Www@Answer-Health@Com
