It could have been a number of things
The most probably reason is that it was laced with something else!. Most of the time the manufacturers put extra stuff in to make the effects stronger!. I had a friend who took ecstacy quite often but one night took two that were laced with rat poison and ended up going into cardiac arrest
Another reason could have been either over drinking water, or dehydration, because your body is going at such a rate and your heart is pumping sooo hard it can overwhelm the system, and especially a first time user, i mean think about it, your body has never experienced anything as face paced as E and all of a sudden this new chemical is introduced and WHAM! it cant handle it
Scary stuff, reallly cool high sometimes but personally dont think the comedown is worth it!.

Basically, their body tells them to drink water when they don't need it!. The person gets hot and sweaty so keeps on drinking water and eventually they can die from drinking too much!. It affects the water balance in the body and it can't cope with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ecstasy is a drug that promotes dehydration and elevated temperature!. Combine this with dancing, and a lack of thirst or not drinking water to replenish lost fluids, and you have somebody who will suffer from Hyper-thermia and dehydration=DEADWww@Answer-Health@Com
