How do I get my self to sleep in later?!


Question: How do I get my self to sleep in later!?
So it goes like this, The school year ends (WOOO-HOOO!!!) and during the year I had to wake up at 7:00 AM every day and now that its summer I want to sleep in but I can't no matter how late I stay up, What can I do so that I can sleep in!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm sure they can find lots of things to do to tire you out
for a few extra hours of sleep

Why do you want to!? Your body is in a rhythm and why mess with that!. Maybe your naturally a morning person whether you want to be or not!. Just get on with your day!. Obviously, your not tired or you will still be sleeping!. But I guess you could try staying up late then it would make you start sleeping later!.good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok take a nap for about 2 hours during day so that you can stay longer at night, do it everyday, you will get used to it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure your room is very dark and quiet!. However it is healthier to keep you body on a good schedule even during vacations!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
