Anyone had success with Nicorette Gum or Nicorette Patch?!
Question: Anyone had success with Nicorette Gum or Nicorette Patch!?
I want to quit smoking and would like to know if these products or any other products helped you to quit!. I tried quitting cold turkey, but ended up getting the urge to smoke again!. If you could give me some advice on what you did to help you to stop smoking, I would greatly appreciate it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used the patch and had great results!. I have been smoke free for over 3 years!.!. Never even smoked one cig after I put the patch on!.!. But you have to want to quit!.!. You can also join a support group !.!. and you can call them if you get a urge to smoke!.!. Best to have friend or family to help support you!. It will be the best thing you ever did for yourself and your kids!.!. It gives you weird dreams sometimes!.!.( kind of cool) And make sure if you have any health problems that you ask your Dr if it is right for you!.!. Some people have problems with it!. if you have high blood pressure or anything like that!.!. Good luck!. : )Www@Answer-Health@Com
When my mom tried to stop, she used the patched and they gave her a horrid rash on her arm under the patch, It left a scar too!.
She also tried the gum and said it didnt work!. She eventually quit by eating loads of chocolate and getting a job where she was more active!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I quit smoking cold turkey, but my best friend used patches and she succeeded with it!. Adding a site link for you, maybe you can find inspiration and tips there!.
