i know all about applying the lotion 1 pump on bones which the paper instructs me but when i see the toes part it says 1 pump for right foot and 1 pump for left and apply on all toes!.!.!.i am confused that should i apply just 1 pump for all toes on one side or each toe fingers need 1 pump means 10 pump for all toes for one day!.!.plz help me i am so confused!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
