I love essential oils!. This is a recipe for a muscle relaxer:
cedarwood-4 drops
chamomile-4 drops
lavender-4 drops
lemongrass-3 drops
put in a carrier oil such as almond, avocado, borage, flaxseed, grapeseed, hazelnut, jojoba, olive, sesame, walnut!.
Use 1 teaspoon of your choice of carrier oil!. Put it in your bath water after you have filled the tub!. (If you put it in while you are filling the tub it will evaporate!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com
