Question: Mustard plaster!?

For mustard plaster just get some mustard powder and mix with water to make a paist!. This does get hot by iteslf so put a towel on the person between them and the mustard pack and a towel over the mustard pack to hold in the heat!. Feel the person though under the pack, especially a child to make sure they don't get too hot, you can put more towel between them and the pack so they don't get too hot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
