Question: What is the best thing to take for anxiety, stress, nerves fear, and phobia!?
I worry too much over everything, feel nervous all the time, sometimes for no reason but when I worry I get very nervous feeling!. I fear death and have a phobia of driving or traveling in general!. I panic when I get on the interstate and am afraid I will be in a horrible car accident!. Its starting to run my life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i personally think that meds for anxiety only have "psychological effects"

i believe what you need is a healthy dose of relaxation and trust--in your surrounding, i am not saying that it's 100% safe out there but if u know you can take good care of yourself, if you are aware of things around you--then you have nothing to worry about!.!.

meds arent the answer to all anxiety problems!.!.

i know having fear is very stressful and hard but try to expose yourself to your fear slowly and you'll notice that you're getting OVER it!.!.

it's best to get the root of why are you so nervous all the time!. try sitting quietly by yourself every morning with the eyes closed and take long, deep breaths for a minute or longer!. the breath can help stabilize and calm the system!. drink lots of water, and talk to a doctor about this and maybe they can send you to someone to talk to!.

st!. john's wort is good for treating anxiety and depression!. i think you should try to reflect inward before taking anything though and try to figure out why you are feeling this way, and if there is anything you need to change in your life to alleviate these feelings!.

You have to face your fears!.!.!. that's the only way!. Any kind of drug one would take only masks the problem, it solves nothing in the end, you're still just afraid of it, only your mind has been tweaked to think you're not!. Meaning you've let something else control who you are!. Standing up to fear is difficult!.!.!. but it builds something inside you that you can only understand when you begin to obtain it!.!.!. that's why this is kind of ambiguous, it's one of those things you have to experience yourself to understand a bit!.
