Question: Agnus Castus!?
Is this herb effective for treating PMS symptoms!. I'm at my witts end with PMS or PMDD!. I am taking Prozac 20mg daily and it's still not helping!. Will this herb help me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, it should work for you, and work very well!. I've had it take completely away agonising cramps, almost in the moment, it works that quickly and that well!. Some other things, however: 1) PMS, and PMDD as severe as you're speaking about really indicates that you need to do a liver cleanse and clean up that diet of yours!. You truly and deeply need to eliminate all refined sugars (which will be difficult for you, as women in this condition CRAVE sweets!. Try first removing all the white cane and beet sugars and going to things like honey, maple syrup, maple sugar, stevia and grain syrups!.)!. You also need to look at eliminating all meats, all eggs and all dairy for awhile and going veg, to cool your body, and to help that liver of yours to discharge and to lighten up your body!. All of these foods DEEPLY impact the hormonal systems and balance in the body!. If you find you need to add protein, and soy isn't doing it for you, you can add back in some poultry and some fish, but exclusive reliance on poultry will continue to aggravate the condition as excess or exclusive chicken consumption aggravates Wood (or Liver/Gall Bladder) energy!.
