This is a small home treatment for cough and sore throat

Ingredients

Milk ----- 200 ml
Turmeric powder ---- 1 pinch
Black pepper ---- 1/2 teaspoon (crushed)


Add turmeric powder and crushed pepper into milk, boil milk and drink that while somewhat hot



Salt in hot water is the best remedy, but for that you should allow that mixture to stay in throat for sometime!.!.!.!.Deep gargling is necessary for that

Sore throat is due to infection and you need to avoid all kind of cold stuffs!. Add one tea spoon turmeric powder in a glass of water and drink twice a day!. Take quarter tea spoon powder each of black pepper, cinnamon, cardamom and a small piece of fresh ginger!. Crush the ginger and boil other powders together and drink thrice a day adding quarter spoon honey!. Drink hot soup also!. Inhaling steam thrice a day is also advised!. Do these in order!. #1 is the most effective and likely to work!.
1) Gargle (but do not swallow) store 3!.5% Hydrogen peroxide
2) Drink lots of warm/hot green tea!.
3) Eat fresh vegetables with vitamin C
4) Do whatever you can to cut sugar, and stress temporarily out of your life till the sore throat passes!.

It's very rare 1&2 aren't sufficient to get rid of a sore throat!.

You cant just try it, you have to gargle for several minutes with warm water and salt, at least 4 times a day for a couple of days, it will cure you!.

You can also drink tea with honey to soothe your throat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Regular old Red Rose or Lipton tea!. The tannic acid in tea soothes!. Adding honey can help!.
Also, sleep with a humidifier or vaporizer!. You'll find great relief within a few hours of breathing the mositened air!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get some honey from a local beekeeper!. Take a teaspoon and let it coat your throat!. That should work!. You can add some lemon if you like!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
