I took a zinc pill.. and now i am very sick?!

Question: I took a zinc pill!.!. and now i am very sick!?

i just took it a few minutes ago and now i'm very sick, i'm seriously about to throw up!. i'm cold, and sweating!. and everyime i take a sip of water i feel likei'm going to throw up even more, what should i do!? and why am i sick!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat a bananna, the potassium in it will help to neutralise the zinc!. Zinc should not be eaten on an empty but taken with or after food!. The level of zinc in mg may have been too high for you!. Try a lower dose!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
