My hubby has some almost scary mood swings!. think he has Bipolar!. Is there anything to treat that in terms of Alternative Medicine!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

let food be his medicine!. bipolar people don't get enough essential fatty acids in their diet (fat is needed for proper brain functioning i!.e and bipolar means somethings not working properly) so he needs more omega 3 (fish, nuts, seeds etc!.!.)

i tokk abilify!.!.!.!.they told me that is what it was for!.!.!.it made me have terrible mood swings because i didnt actually have bipolar!.!.!.my dr was the crazy one hahaha there is definitely meds out there to help!Www@Answer-Health@Com
