I didnt use that particular brand but did use a mint flavored smokeless ciggarette!.It made it oh soo easy!.!.
Everytime I felt the 'need' I simply puffed on it and it stopped my craving!.Best of all I could 'light up-giggle' in restaurants//anywhere!.!.!.!.
I found for myself I wasnt addicted so much to the smoking!.!.as having my hands busy, puffing on something!.!.
