Can you tell me the name of some music that would help me relax to meditate?!


Question: Can you tell me the name of some music that would help me relax to meditate!?
something really calming and such you know what i mean they sell Cd's for this but i want to look for an exact track online to meditate to real quick before i go to bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Silly!. Meditation is all about calming down!. This is NEVER done real quick!. As a person gets more used to a meditation process, it happens faster, but never 'real quick'!. I don't get frustrated real quick, unless I have been frustrated over a period of time, over and over again!. I think of it kind of like losing weight ( a really good analogy by the way, in meditation I am losing the weight of the world in a sense)!. I didn't gain 15 pounds in a week, I'm not going to lose 15 pounds in a week!.

This being said, there are a plethora of meditation tapes out there!. Ones I have borrowed from friends have worked nicely for me and others haven't worked at all for me, though they worked explicitly for them!.

I like Ray Lynch's Deep Breakfast, Yanni, and I also have a personal collection of stuff I grew up with that bring back fond memories!. My stuff might or might not work for you!. It's as individual as finding the perfect mate!. It works, or it doesn't!. And often, what workes for awhile, suddenly doesn't work anymore as I grow and change, as we all do!.

So take a deep breath!. Let it all the way out (it's just as important to get rid of the bad air as take in the good), then take another, deeper this time, hold it for a count of 6, let it out just as slowly (to a count of 6), then another, hold it to a count of 8, let it out to a count of 8 ( if it takes longer than a count of 8 to let it ALL out, that's okay-get rid of all the bad air - I usually do the 8 count two or three times), Then again to a count of 10, same scenario!. By this time I am usually asleep!.

I train my brain!. I treat it like an errant child!. It wants to go where it wants to!. I don't let it during meditation!. This takes a good deal of practice, but gets easier with consistency!. When my thoughts wander, as they often do (what song is that from!?, lol, speaking of wandering minds!.!.!.) I say no, now is not the time for that!. Over, and over, and over and over and over again!. ( Like Scarlett O'Hara -- I'll think about that tomorrow!.!.!.after all, tomorrow IS another day)!.

Meditation has had a side effect for me!. In learning to tune everything else out when I need to, I find I tune things out when I don't really want to!. But then, all men do that, we call it selective hearing!

So, sweetie,
'Go placidly amid the noise and haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence!.!.!.

As far as possible, without surrender, be on good terms with all persons!. Speak your truth quietly and clearly, and listen to others, even to the dull and the ignorant, they too have their story!.

Avoid loud and aggressive persons; they are vexations to the spirit!.

If you compare yourself with others, you may become bitter or vain, for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself!.

Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans!. Keep interest in your own career, however humble, it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time!.!.!.Exercise caution in your business affairs, for the world is full of trickery!. But let this not blind you to what virtue there is; many persons strive for hight ideals, and eveywhere life is full of heroism!.!.!.

Be yourself!. Especially do not feign affection!. Neither be cynical about love; for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment, it is as perennial as the grass!.!.!.

Take kindly the counsel of the years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth!. Nuture strength of spirit to shield you in a sudden misforutne!. But do not distress yourself with darkimaginings!. Many fears are bourne of fatigue and loneliness!.

Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself!. You are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here!. And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should!. Therefore, be at peace with God, whatever you conceive him to be!.

And whatever your labors and aspirations, in the noisy confusion of life, keep peace in your soul!. With all its sham, drudgery and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world!.

These podcasts aren't music but rather coaches leading you to relaxation!. There's usually background sounds like birds or water rippling and these are very soothing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
