What kind!? Housetail Grass is very healthy for you, it is high on Silica!. Which is a vital element to health found in all tissues and organs of the body, also skin, hair, nails, teeth, bones, etc!. in other words it stregthens just about every tissue and such in your body!. I find that to be the most healthy tea, at least what i know of, i'll name a few others!.

Elder Berry- It doesn't taste so good to me, but it's well worth it, for those serious colds and fevers, it works wonders, but mix with Enchinacea, makes it more potent as a cold medicine!.

Rosehips- Good for people with digestive problems, good for the skin and is known as a mild pain reliever for headaches!.

Daimania- (think i spelled it wrong) well this is my favorite tea, it has a unique bitter taste, it's very good for depression, minor colds, even brings up sex drive!. So if you are in a bad mood, drink that, it'll be hard to feel depressed!. hope i helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com

Various things!. Hot water and lemon is good for a morning detox!. Twinings now make lemon & milk thistle tea - very nice when you don't have lemon at home!. Milk thistle is excellent for your liver and kidneys!.

Nettle tea helps with digestion as well!.

Dandelion tea is meant to help with period pains except does taste like pond water!.

Camomile is fab before you go to asleep cos is relaxing!.

HERBAL TEAS FROM PLANTS AROUND US AND THEIR BENEFITS
Persimmon Tea:The leaves when dried and crushed make a fine strong tea!. Can be used all year round!. Rich in vitamin C!. Used as a healthful tonic!.
Sassafras Tea:Boil fresh roots after washing, until water turns reddish brown!. Can be sliced and dried for later use!. Claimed by some to be a blood thinner, a blood purifier, to help bronchitis, a stimulating spring tonic!. Mostly it is used for pure enjoyment!.

Birch Tea (Wintergreen): Black, yellow and white birch!. Dried leaves can be used year round!.
