Question: Have you ever given yourself acupuncture!?

My acupuncturist wants me to give myself acupuncture a couple of times a week!. She just wants me to put the needles in on three points in my fingers!. I thought this was a little weird but I

She should show you clearly how to do it very accurately!. Don't want to make any mistakes!. It's possible to succeed anyhow!. I tried a few times only I was scared because I didn't have anyone show me properly!. The needles can go in further on different part of the body!. I've seen that!. Use a medicinal alchohol to clean the area first!. If you don't like it then try a book on that Korean form of acupressure, Su Jok!. They tape seeds onto the points and keep them there for a few hours at a time!. (As long as they stay on)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have never used the needles!. I do however do acuppressure on myself!.
Ask your Acupuncturist how deep the needles should go!.

I've never heard of doing acupuncture on oneself!. But you can do acupressure!. It's where you apply pressure with your fingertips instead of using needles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
