Natural Anti Nausea remedies during Chemo?!
Question: Natural Anti Nausea remedies during Chemo!?
Does anyone know of anything natural that helped with nausea while doing chemo!. A friend of mine is having a rough time of late, shes half way through her 20 week course and really needs something to help with the nausea (not vomitting)!.

Hi, I'm an alternative medicine practitioner (TCM & energy medicine), and a licensed Pharmacist!. Even with western drugs, chemotherapy nausea is very difficult and expensive to treat successfully!.
The only thing that can be equally effective as pharmaceuticals is acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine!. Ginger herb and the rest are not going to be strong enough for chemo nausea!. I recommend she call the state board of acupuncture for her state and ask for a referral to a cancer/chemotherapy specialist who has lots of experience with supportive/ adjunct therapy!. The state professional society also provides free referrals, the state board can provide their phone number, or do a google!.
ADDITIONS: David, are you flirting with me!? lol!. Hello there Doctrine!.!.!. and yes, biobands put pressure above the wrist at Pericardium-6 acupuncture point!. This is fine for over-the-counter level symptoms like motion sickness, but again, not strong enough for chemo nausea!.

In my opinion the combo of ginger and clinoptylolite should provide some benefits, but it fluctuate from patient to patient!. Like Dr!. Nostrum pointed out it is very difficult with this chemo-poisoningWww@Answer-Health@Com
most won't agree but smoking pot will prevent nausea and vomitting!. i had the strogest chemo given and didn't get sick at all cause i smoked pot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
