Put the beer down, now your hands will warm up!.
Seriously, cold hands could be a sign of circulatory problems or it could be nothing!. Usually exercise will increase circulation to the muscles of the hand!. Try squeezing a small rubber ball!. It would not hurt to see a Doctor and get a check up!. You should do this every year anyway!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

After seeing a doctor to eliminate any possibility of diabetes or neuropathy!.!. You can have Geriatrics massage done that works with your lymphatic system (circulatory)!. This has been proven to assist in the extremities bringing back the circulation even with clients with the above problems, but must be done with the doctors knowledge!. Part of the problem could be frozen muscles in the forearms that could be tightening down on the circulatory system!. However, doing deep tissue work (or any type of pressure more then a feather) will shut down that system for 15 minuets!. So, I would recommend seeing a Massage Therapist (after seeing the doctor) who is certified in Lymphatic drainage or geriatrics!. Hope that helps, cheers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take some kelp or some l' arginine which is good for circulation!. As someone posted above you might need to get your thyroid checked!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do cardiovascular exercise!. Wear gloves to keep your hands warm by drawing blood to the area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cold hands can be a sign of hypothyroid problems or anemia!. Might want to get blood testsWww@Answer-Health@Com
