Make your period come on early!? I've been taking it for 2 weeks and I feel like I'm going to get my period early!. I am having slight cramps in my ovaries and generally feeling like I'm due!. I know it can help PMS which is why I'm taking this herb because I was at my witts end with severe PMS!. My doctor wanted to put me on the 'pill' but I didn't want to take that!. Agnus Castus is a herbal plant used for hormal problems!.
This being so I would say that it could certainly be messing around with your cycle!.
There are other things that can help with pms and I dont think people realise how strong some of these herbal remedies are!.
I would stop taking this and take some starflower oil capsules a few days before your period is due, this usually relieves some of the symptons!.
What I cant understand is if you are on prozac already why isn't that having any effect of your pms !?
I would check this out with a doctor, a friend of mine gets lousy pms and he put her on prozac to calm things down!.
Dont mess around with herbal remedies until you have consulted a qualified herbalist, he will want to know what prescribed medication you are taking before he suggests anything to you!.
