Minx and Skygirl spouted the usual Altie dogma about "pill pushing doctors" and conspiracy theories about giant pharma!. It really gets old!. I don't get any kickback from the pharmaceutical company for prescribing their pills, and I always prescribe generic ones when available!. I also don't even meet with pharmaceutical reps, or go to their lunches or dinners!.

I'm no fan of the pharmaceutical companies, but lets' give credit where it is due!. There are millions of people alive today because of prescription pharmaceuticals and immunizations!. They should rarely (never!?) be given as a first resort, but when diet, exercise and other lifestyle/preventive medicine doesn't work they do have a role!. Yes!. some doctors are guilty of overprescribing, but patients have to take some blame too!.!.!.I spend alot more time convincing people they DON'T need an antibiotic, or a sleeping pill or something else they've decided they need!. Part of the problem is the direct advertising drug companies are allowed to do in the USA!.
And by the way!.!.!.have you ever met anyone who went to a homeopath and didn't come away with some pills!?!. Sure, they are useless placebos, but homeopaths are far more likely to prescribe a pill than is a GP!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Because a lot of people blindly follow the advice of their general practitioner and don't try to take any responsibility for their own health and well being !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. general practitioners are encouraged to pump us full of prescription medications and to suggest otc meds to bolster the coffers of the Pharmaceutical Giants !.& keep the well oiled machine humming smoothly !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. encouraging u 2 take a pill a day for the entirety of your life !.!.!.!.!. they aren't really trained to cure the body as a whole entity (mind body and spirit) anyways !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. the wheels of the Propaganda machine working ?

because so much negative lies and government propaganda has been pushed on the much safer Marijuana, the youth feels they should do something legal, aka pills!.
