Answers:
Psyllium can help you lose weight and so can eating apples!. I do not recommend anyone dring fruit juices regularly because they contain so much sugar and so many calories!. But eating an apple is good for your alertness, some say better than caffeine!.

The apple helps with alertness because it has a beautiful blend of simple and complex sugars and carbohydrates that give you an energy boost without a huge glycemic spike that can freak our your pancreas so that is makes so much insulin you crash!. It is a nice sustainable release into your bloodstream!. Caffeine if used long term can cause adrenal stress and lead to chronic feelings of fatigue that cause you to want more caffeine!.

the apple is also high in fiber and rather filling, if you ear one about 30 minutes before your meal you will feel more full and eat less of the other foods!. Apples also have many healthy nutrients!.

Psyllium is a fiber!. It has a unique ability not just to provide bulk but to gently scrape clean the inner walls of your intestines making it easier for you to absorb more nutrition from your food and use it more efficiently!. This can reduce some food cravings!. Also if taken before meals, it fills the stomach causing you to feel more full and to eat less!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Psyllium does not help you lose weight!. It's just fiber!. Your poop and future poop isn't real weight, although if you were irregular and become regular thanks to psyllium, you'll weight a bit less for a short time!.

Apple juice doesn't contain any caffeine, so of course it doesn't keep you awake better than coffee!. It's good for you--but not as good as eating the apple would be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
