Vitamin B Complex - this will give you more energy

Coenzyme Q10 200mg - This will increase your energy, and dilate blood vessels in the heart, increasing blood flow to the heart!. {this is used to prevent heart-attacks}

Ginkgo Biloba 60mg - This will increase bloodflow around the whole body!. Scientifically proven to work, in clinical trials!. Source!. Professor Ernst University of Exeter, UK

Proteins shakes/whey powder has been debated and claimed to cause impotency later on in life!.
Its unnatural to take a huge quantity of one particular amino acid!. I would reccommend you eat lots of free-range eggs, maybe 6-8 per day, especially after work-outs, and for breakfast!. Free-range eggs contains all of the essential and non-essential amino acids, plus your be getting lots of fat soluble vitamins like vitamin E, A, K, D, and omega 3!.

Also take 1000mg of Omega3 per day, Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega or Carlson's brand, as they are pure pharmaceutical grade, and need to be refrigerated!.

Take a good high-strength multi-vitamin/mineral supplement, like Higher Nature brand or 'Mineral', these are in a bioavailable form, easily absorbed by your body!.

Juice lots of raw/fresh/organic fruit/vegetables, this will improve your health dramatically!. Also drink Kefir, make some at home!.

I suggest you watch 'Jerry Brunetti Food As Medicine' videos 1/2 and 2/2 on google video or youtube!.

Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do not take anything other than b vitamins or c vitamins daily because those are water soluble vitamins and they move through your body quickly through your pee!.!. but other vitamins and minerals are fat soluble - meaning that they stay in your body for a long time!.!. and taking them every day can actually make you sick!. Whey protein is good but dont over do it , ive heard bad things about it if you take it in excess!. The glucosamine is fine to take every day since you have a bad knee!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you dont really need supplements unless you work out but there is also creatine, glutamine, weight gainers

The option between 1 and 2 will depend on your needs!. A Men's one-a-day is normally for men entering middle-age (with added herbs and nutrients to help the aging man), while Centrum is more of a general vitamin/mineral complex for either sex!.
The best way to get your daily nutrition is typically from your diet!.!.!. multivitamins just help assure those of us without a good enough diet (which most people don't have) that they are getting their basics!.

#3 should be covered in a general multi as far as the Vitamin E content (several of the nutrients in a general multi are antioxidants), but most of them don't have daily Calcium!. As an athlete, it's a good idea to make sure you've got enough Calcium to help prevent bone problems/damage!. Also, make sure you don't take more than 600 mg at any given point in time because your body can't absorb more than 600 mg at once!.

For #4, you can take Glucosamine among several nutrients that are good for joint health!.!.!. it's a rather popular one!. If you'd like other options, a lot of people like Chondroitin, MSM, Microlactin, and/or Hyaluronic Acid!. You can take any and all of those together for joint health!.

All that being said, every one of those options (in each category, that is!.!.!. you don't want to take 2 multis) are perfectly fine to take together!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know the perfect product for you!. First off, you may not even need the protein supplement!. To determine how many grams of protein your body needs simply multiply your body weight by 1!. If you are not getting this through your regular diet than adding a whey protein supplement may help!.

As far as everything else you need, keep this in mind!. A multivitamin/mineral is really the only thing you will need for optimal health and performance!. The best way to get these nutrients is in a liquid form!. The absorption rate for pills is only 15-20%!. In liquid form your body will absorb up to 90% of what you are taking in!.

This one product will give you everything you are looking for; vitamins, trace minerals, antioxidants, essential fatty acids and glucosamine!. Please keep in mind that I am a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach by trade!. This is a product that I recommend to all of my clients and athletes!. This site, however, is not mine!. I am not trying to sell you the product!. I am simply trying to point you in the right direction so that you can get the nutrition you need!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
