Carlson Laboratories has very good cod liver oil!. It's made from Norwegian cold-water cod!. It's even made and bottled in Norway to maintain freshness!.

Also, I would suggest taking the liquid instead of capsules (it's not gross, I promise!)!. It doesn't taste like fish, and it's sooo much easier and faster!. If you wanted to take capsules, you need to take 5 capsules to equal 1 quick teaspoon of the liquid!. Carlson is probably the best for taste, quality, and there's no fishy after-burp that many other brands have!.
