Question: Is there an aroma, or scent, that helps get rid of the groggies in the AM!?

It is known for being an invigorator!
In fact, I would encourage you to get yourself some roesmary based shower gel, it will definately perk up your shower with it's aroma, as well as refreshing you!.

Coffee's scent also helps, especially because caffeine can be absorbed through the membranes of your nose!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Biscuits and fresh-brewed coffee are *very* good aromatherapy, but until someone makes a candle scented like that, cinnamon is pretty good!. It's a warm and dry scent!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
