Vitamin C foods/drinks?!


Question: Vitamin C foods/drinks!?
My boyfriend is sick with the flu, and i read that Vitam C is good to put into your body when you are sick!. I am going to buy him some food / drinks in the morning, and I want to get him something to help him feel better!. He already requested Gatorade!. He said that helps him a lot!. What other foods and/or drinks should I get to help him feel better!?

Oh my goodness!. Gatorade is good for the fluids!. My husband had food poisoning and I know how you feel!. Emergen-C is mixed with water and has B vitamins too!. I feel for you because I was there and frightned!. Soup is a wonderful food for the tummy!. Chicken soup works wonders!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Gatorade will be fantastic for the dehydration that comes with the flu!.

Get him the drink or the foodstuff that contains the citrus fruits like lemon, orange etc!.!. or the best way will be if you get him Vitamin C tablets and give him lot of Lime water to drink!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Vitamin C is full in oranges, try it natural, there are plent of pills, but natural fruits will be helpful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
