Question: What can i take to improve poor circulation!?

as the person above me said horse chestnut and butcher's broom are circulation herbs,

the best of it is cayenne,

Take cayenne and garlic for reversal of plague and veins and arteries and take ginger for capillaries!.

Use organic or wild crafted herbs and best way to take is a ticture rather than a capsule but cayenne in caps has also worked!.

Use only fresh garlic (3 cloves a day)!.!.occassionally you can substiture kyolic garlic!.!.this is the only kind which is of help!.

Also take fish oil and eat fatty fish like salmon, mackeral, sardines and herring!.

Use hot and cold showers daily!.!.seven repetitions!. On minute hot as you can take and then switch to ice cold one minute each and use a shower wand and do 7 hots and 7 colds!.

Also fomentation's of cayenne tea and leg soaks in cayenne water will help on the exterior and have helped even gangrene, although this will burn!.

it wouldn't hurt to add ginkgo to the garlic, cayenne and ginger!. Cayenne is a catalyst herb and makes all other herbs more potent!.
